Over the counter try Unisom or ZQuil. Melatonan is natural, but doesn't work on everyone.

If you absolutely need to get to some sleep, valium is the shit, if you can find it. One Valium and two drinks are enough to put me out for 6 hours of an 8 hour international flight.

Valerian Root capsules. Melatonin does almost nothing for me and Benadryl works but leaves me catatonic the next day, but Valerian gets me drowsy within half an hour. Best OTC sleep aid I have tried to date. (Warning: Valerian Root smells like rancid baby poop but if you can stand it, it works a treat.)
